Kofi Adumatta Berko
Mr. Kofi Adumatta Berko is a seasoned Human Resource Practitioner. He is the immediate past HR/Administrative Manager of Silver Star Auto Ltd. Prior to that, he held the position of Chief of Administration of the State Enterprises Commission
During his tenure as the Human Resource Manager at Silver Star Auto Ltd., Mr. Berko chaired the Standing Negotiating Committee of Japan Motors (Kalmoni Group) and Associates Group of companies. He has over thirty years of hands-on experience in human resource management and industrial relations in both the public and private sectors.
With a vast knowledge of union-management interactions, Mr. Berko, over the last 14 years, has been rendering a wide range of human resources-related services to the Japan Motors/Kalmoni Group of Companies in his capacity as Chairman of the Standing Negotiating Committee. He has in-depth knowledge, understanding, appreciation, and experience in the practice of human resource management and administration.
