Mr Kofi Adumatta Berko is a seasoned Human Resource Practitioner. He is the immediate past HR/Administrative Manager of the Silver Star Auto Ltd. Prior to that appointment, he held the position of Chief of Administration of the State Enterprises Commission.

During his tenure as the Human Resource Manager at the Silver Star Auto Ltd, Mr. Berko chaired the Standing Negotiating Committee of the Japan Motors (Kalmoni Group) and Associates Group of companies. He has over thirty years of hands-on experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in both the public and private sector.

With vast knowledge in union-management interactions, Mr. Berko over the last 14 years, has been rendering a wide-range of Human Resource related services to the Japan Motors / Kalmoni Group of Companies in his capacity as the Chairman of the Standing Negotiating Committee. He has in-depth knowledge, understanding, appreciation and experience in the practice of human resource management and administration.
